Canon grew up in southwest Washington in a little town called Hockinson. His fishing background started with salmon fishing on the Columbia and eventually branched out to all kinds of fishing— from the ocean, to fly fishing. Canon went to Central Washington University where he started as the quarterback for the Wildcats and also guiding trips on the Yakima. Canon Graduated with his degree in business. He is now a full-time firefighter and fishing guide. You can always count on lots of laughs, great energy, and whole heck of a lot of fun.
